How to say "Friday" in Italian

venerdì
(noun) (masc.) (sing./pl.) Friday Days of the week do not require a definite article. If a definite article is used before a day of the week it means "on ...." or "every...", as in "il venerdì" (on Fridays). Moreover, days of the week are always lowercase, except when placed at the beginning of a sentence.
