The story of one of Germany's most influential authors comes to the big screen! This video is a trailer for a new movie about Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, his loves and the origins of his literature. Goethe trained as a lawyer in his youth, but ultimately dedicated himself with passionate abandon to literature. It was in this early period that he wrote 'The Sorrows of Young Werther' based on his experience of unrequited love, an episode in Goethe's life which the biopic in question explores.
