Alternatively, you could follow the workout as best as you can by listening, and then, during recovery time, you could re-watch the video with subtitles to focus on the vocabulary used and write down any new terms you have learned.<\/p>\n

There are so many free workout channels on YouTube, like Grow with Jo<\/a>, a personal trainer who offers tons of fun workouts, including dance, cardio, pilates, chair exercises and workouts targeting specific parts of the body. Once the video starts, try to copy the instructor’s movements and words. Not only will your body get a good workout, but your tongue will experience great English exercise too.<\/p>\n

Another game you can try is Question and Answer<\/strong>. Have all your friends, including yourself, write a question on an index card. After all the questions are written, put them in a box or bowl and mix them up. Then just take turns picking a question and answering it.<\/p>\n
