An interviewer wants to know what is best about you. They’ll ask about strengths with questions like:<\/p>\n Suited for<\/strong> means “right,” “matched,” “a good fit” or “suitable for.”<\/p>\n Bring to the table<\/strong> means what benefits, skills or value will you bring to the company?<\/p>\n An asset<\/strong>\u00a0is something valuable. This question is really asking “How will you benefit<\/strong> this company?” or “How will you make this\u00a0company more valuable<\/strong>?”<\/p>\n Treat this question as a chance to advertise yourself \u2013 you are the product, now market yourself. I have always set goals for myself and it motivates me to work hard. I have achieved my goals so far with my training, education and work experience and now I am looking for ways to improve myself and grow.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/i>To take initiative <\/b>(to do something without having to be told to do it)<\/p>\n When I work, I always take initiative. If I see something that needs doing, I don\u2019t wait for instruction, I do it.
