You already know that Spanish has two ways of saying “you”: t\u00fa <\/em>and\u00a0usted<\/em><\/a>. But\u00a0t\u00fa<\/em> isn’t the only informal “you” in some regions of Latin America<\/a>. These places also use vos<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Where Is Voseo<\/em> Used?<\/h2>\n

There are only three countries where the <\/strong>voseo<\/em><\/strong> is used almost exclusively: <\/strong>Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. In these countries, you\u2019ll always be addressed as vos<\/em> instead of t\u00fa<\/em>.<\/p>\n
